Complete Sand & Gravel Plant -Denham-Bucks
Wileman Engineers completed a 150 TPH Sand & Gravel Plant for Summerleaze Ltd at their Denham site near Slough. Supply included, primary stockpile conveyor, reclaim tunnel, tray feeder, washing & grading screens, Sandvik crusher and stocking Conveyors.

The project demanded the removal of an old 1500mm wide x 40 metre long belt conveyor underneath 3 incinerator Ash dischargers and its replacement with a Ampli-flow Vibrating Feeder System supplied by Belgian company Carrier Europe. The replacement was achieved within the stipulated 7 days to the customers satisfaction.
400 TPH Bulk Feeder at Tarmac, Mountsorrel, UK
Wileman successfully won a contract to supply a Bulk Feeder to allow the flexibility of feeding -40mm scalpings directly from the primary crusher via the radial stockpile conveyor or from stockpile using trucks or shovel.
Wileman managed to design, manufacture and supply the unit within a 10 week period. The main feature of the unit is it’s mobility. The unit is designed to be transportable from site to site. Folding wing plates allow the unit to be transported subject to a 2 day notification width limit.
Wileman design 20M long Rotary Screen
Picture shows the first of two rotary screens being assembled at the workshops before their shipment to Trinidad where the units will be installed. The rotary screens were designed to remove dust and fines from high yield steel pellets before being loaded on ship for transportation.
The Rotary screen was made in a number of bolted sections to help transportation & delivery from the UK. The complet screen is driven by 4 x 185 KW drives via pneumatic tyres which both drive and support the drum.
The complete machines were designed and mechanically specified by Wileman Engineers Ltd.
